My name is Karin and I’m here to help you discover the healing that your mind and body are capable of. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Holistic Health Coach. I am a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP). Across my professional experience, I have treated multiple individuals struggling with emotional eating, anxiety, and self-esteem. With a warm, sensitive, and caring approach, I work one-on-one with people to identify lifestyle and emotional patterns that might play a bigger role in their physical health and wellbeing.
I know that no single journey is right for everyone and so I work individually with people to find what fits their lifestyle best.
