I have concentrated my post graduation studies in the area of trauma, insomnia and neurobiology. I use a variety of approaches and methodologies to create a personalized treatment plan as unique as the individual.
I am located in a single unit office, in a professional office building securing your privacy and confidentiality. My services invite individual, families and couples suffering from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties and relationship issues. I am currently taking new clients in person and online.
