In my practice I typically work with adults individually (in one-on-one sessions). Many of my clients have experienced problems with mood, particularly anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are needing assistance with difficult relationships, trauma recovery, transitional life issues, and stress management.
I have 23 years' experience providing mental health services to clients, with a special focus on adults in an individual therapy setting. I work to learn about clients' personal experiences to determine a customized treatment approach, to facilitate effective communication and tangible treatment results.
I really enjoy meeting new clients and establishing a collaborative relationship. It is important to me that clients feel heard and supported as we work toward their treatment goals. I am licensed to provide telehealth services in a number of states, including Georgia.
