Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, post trauma symptoms or other personal challenges, I can help you define and set off on a path of symptom reduction and problem solving.
I work with a broad spectrum of experiences from severe mental health disorders to life stress and transition. I specialize in anxiety disorders and acute and post trauma therapy. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and am a certified therapist in EMDR, both are evidence-base treatment modalities.
