I work with adults individually and in relationships, and I have a special interest in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool in helping us find our path through the obstacles and challenges that life throws at us.
Every client is different. I draw from a variety of trauma-informed therapeutic approaches including ACT, MI, and TF-CBT, and I'll collaborate with you to develop an individualized approach for your needs.
