I’m Karie, a neurodivergent Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor certified in ADHD and autism, and the founder of Imagine Perspectives, a mental health practice established in 2024. I work with children, teens, and adults who are ready to navigate life’s challenges, build confidence, and find practical strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Since 2012, I’ve also offered hypnotherapy for adults and children to help clients achieve emotional balance, clarity, and personal growth.
At Imagine Perspectives, therapy isn’t just about sitting and talking. It’s about creating a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. We use interactive tools, games, art, and play to help clients explore challenges in ways that feel natural, engaging, and empowering, meeting each person exactly where they are.
In addition to therapy, we offer interactive workshops for children and adults, ranging from one to two days. These experiences provide a chance to pause, reset, and gain tools that build resilience, spark confidence, and inspire hope even when life feels overwhelming.
