In our sessions, I prioritize building a trusting and empathetic relationship, where you can feel truly seen and heard. I tailor sessions to your unique needs and build on strengths through intervention that supports both verbal and non-verbal expression including sand tray and visual expression ensuring that therapy feels accessible and effective
Additionally, for children and younger clients, I incorporate play therapy to provide a safe and expressive space in both direct and non-directive capacities. I am certified in TraumaPlay Therapy and Child-Centered Play Therapy. I am also trained in Trust-Based Relational Intervention and Adlerian Play Therapy.
