I specialize in brain-based therapies, such as Brainspotting; these specific modality of treatment focus on the neurobiological variables (neuro networks) of each person to create change. Because understanding the "why" of your behavior is not enough to change it right? Together we will created new neural pathways to create the change you want in your life.
I'm a bilingual in Spanish clinician with 20+ years of experience working in mental health with extensive training and credentials.
