My role as a therapist is as both a guide and as a witness, helping you to explore and overcome barriers to living fully by drawing upon your own strengths.
I specialize in supporting people navigating grief, loss, and people who are living with chronic, life-limiting, or serious illness. I work best with people experiencing adjustment issues, life transitions, family conflict, anxiety, and depression. I enjoy doing individual therapy and working with adolescents to adults to older adult age ranges.
I use an eclectic approach to therapy and I consider it a privilege to support individuals on their path to self-discovery and wellness.
