About
Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, depressed or just need someone to listen and help you problem solve. I don't know you yet, but I do know that by taking this first step in seeking help, it shows that you are resilient, determined and not willing to give up. By seeking counseling, you understand that you don't have to remain where you are. I provide therapy to adolescent and adult individuals, couples and families. Some of the more common issues are depression, suicidal ideations, self-harming, anger management, anxiety, conflict resolution, divorce, parent/child relationship issues, and marriage counseling.
I appreciate/ respect the time and money you are investing in therapy. Using a very straightforward approach, I practice Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide a calm, caring and judgement free place to process your struggles.
The connection and chemistry between the client and the therapist is key. I would love to answer any questions you may have, or provide information you might need to make your choice. "You do what you can until you know better. When you know better, you do better." Maya Angelou.
