We will also work on developing coping skills to help you feel better and build confidence and resiliency for facing life's challenges and stressors.
I specialize in working with adults with a variety of mental health, trauma, addiction, and interpersonal issues. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is an evidence-based therapeutic approach for treating trauma. We will work together to come up with a plan that meets your specific needs.
