I work with individuals, adolescents, families, and couples to solve issues like trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life dissatisfaction.
I use a conversational, yet directive, approach to therapy and favor modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, AIR Network (for trauma), Neurology, Mind Body Medicine, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
