My priority is you, and what you need to feel successful in your life. I believe in the holistic approach. This allows you to heal by taking all of your life experiences into consideration during the treatment process. Beginning therapy can be scary, and you may find yourself unsure, but you do not have to be. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I strongly believe in nonjudgmental therapy, and a trusting relationship. It is a true privilege to work with each of my clients, and I honor the relationships and the trust placed with me.
I will look forward to our sessions, where we can work on creating the change that you want in your life. Together, in a safe space, we can work through everything that is troubling you. Your ideas, goals, and needs will drive all of our sessions.

Anger management is about being able to recognize the signs of anger and learning to maintain control in angering situations by addressing your anger in a responsible and constructive way. In anger management classes, you will learn to identify triggers and resolve them. Instead of suppressing your rage, anger management strategies let you express your anger in a controlled, in a positive way.
