I’m Kari Kahl, a Licensed Professional Counselor at PSIMED, Inc. and with Thomas Integrative Psychotherapy in Morgantown, WV. I assist my clients in improving self-awareness and understanding their physical responses to external stressors. My counseling style is integrative, drawing from Person-Centered, Humanistic, Adlerian, Existential, and third-wave CBT approaches emphasizing mindfulness and acceptance practices.
Along with my Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and ALPS, I have earned credentials for Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor (AADC), and Certified Trauma-Informed CBT Therapist (TF-CBT). I am also a qualified Star Provider for the military.
