I have expertise in helping adults address trauma, relationship difficulties, neurodiversity, problematic sexual interests, and spiritual exploration. I am a therapist who focuses on doing deep work with clients. I am interested in helping people make lasting changes that bring true empowerment and life transformation. Whether you are ready to hit the ground running in your own change process, or are not yet convinced therapy can actually help you, I am ready to meet you where you are at and explore what might be possible.
My specialties lie in somatic and transpersonal exploration. That said, I have experience with many other clinical frameworks and have found they each offer valuable and interrelated pathways for identifying and releasing conditioned patterns. The art of guidance is intuiting when one approach will be most helpful for a client, at a particular time.
I have come to know that we each have what is needed for our own well-being within us. What we need is assistance in uncovering this inner wisdom and working through the layers of conditioning that keep us disconnected from our truest selves. I thus see guidance as the most fitting label for what I offer and view our work together as deeply collaborative.
