Incorporating evidence-based approaches, such as EMDR and Somatic Psychology, I assist my clients in creating practical and achievable strategies to enhance self-regulation and transform emotions and negative beliefs stemming from difficult life experiences.
I utilize EMDR and Somatic Psychology to address past and current experiences which contribute to deep-rooted issues and/or everyday life stressors. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment for exploring the issues that are important to YOU.
I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Malone University and graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Master's in Professional Counseling.
