About
Anxiety and worry controlling you? Struggling with intrusive, unwanted or racing thoughts? Excessive stress and anxiety can lead to serious health concerns and put pressure on relationships. I will work with you to develop an individualized plan to relieve your daily symptoms, gain insight into the root of the problem and provide the skills to manage your emotions and take back control of your life.
Sessions with me include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Mindfulness training to help clients develop the skills to reduce symptoms and improve quality of life.
I provide in-office or telehealth visits Monday - Thursday 1-7 PM. Also, see below for my current groups.
