If you are stuck, feeling stressed or depressed all the time, or struggling in your relationship, it may be time to get support. I offer psychotherapy for individuals and couples and my clientele is diverse, with a range of backgrounds, lifestyles, sexual orientations and gender identities. Taking the first step to begin therapy is often the scariest part. Feel free to ask questions and know that I'll address any concerns to make the start of therapy more comfortable.
I work with many issues, including trauma, sexual and relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, grief, career changes and life transitions. I'm trained in multiple modalities, including Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I integrate research-based interventions into my work.
Overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, and difficult circumstances can be hard to manage on our own. All of us hold the capacity to break patterns that aren't serving us and heal from painful events, but we often need guidance.
