I have over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. I specialize in eating disorder therapy (CBT, FBT, and RO-DBT), family therapy (ESFT - Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy), and am highly skilled and trained in DBT. I have extensive experience working with folks in the LGBTQ+ community.
Using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach with all people, I welcome every person to therapy non-judgmentally. I read once in a book that therapist and client aren't so much that - the practitioner and the patient - rather we are fellow travelers on the path to reaching your goals.
