I have been working in counseling since 2000. I provide individual and family therapy to those having difficulty with depression, anxiety, Autism, anger, ADHD/ADD, trauma, parenting, relationship and family issues.
My area of specialization includes working with children and adolescents on coping with everyday challenges they may be experiencing that are effecting their behavior in school and home settings. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults teaching coping skills, anger management, communication, anxiety and depression.
I implement various techniques in the counseling process. As your therapist we will collaborate to help you and/or your family achieve your identified goals. I am only doing virtual appointments at this time.
