My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, grounded in empathy and affirmation. I’m trained in multiple evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including IFS and EMDR. I am particularly equipped to work with neurodivergence, complex trauma, emotional regulation, attachment issues, gender identity, and differing relationship styles.
Many of my clients have struggled to engage in productive counseling in the past due to anxiety and fear or a lack connection and understanding.
