Psychotherapy can be an opportunity for self reflection, growth and healing. When life seems to be stagnant, painful or overwhelming, a therapist can offer solace, guidance and a container for the psychological process. I have spent over 20 years accompanying others on the journey through healing and have found that a deep connection to ones own soul can offer a road to a life of meaning and wholeness. I seek to offer safety and curiosity as we work through whatever is causing pain and struggle in the life of the clients I treat.
Anxiety and Depression can often manifest as signals that there is an imbalance or disconnection from these deeper aspects of oneself. This work can help to build this communication and open up an understanding of what is needed to feel more fulfilled and at ease.
This soul work is one of the most meaningful aspects of life, I know it can be scary, but also quite beautiful. I am grateful to be here to support my clients as they move through this journey. I truly believe that each person has the courage and ability to overcome whatever holds them back and to grow into the person they were always meant to be.
