I first became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 1995 in NV. I am trained in CBT, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness practices. I love co-creating trusting healing space that empowers and inspires people to move beyond life's stressors and thrive in life having peace of mind and heart.
