I embrace the idea that our True Selves are imperfect, curious, desiring of connection, and have a need to be seen and heard.
Grounded in the belief that each human is unique, I don't subscribe to a one-size-fits-all model. I adapt my support and approach to each client’s distinctive needs and wants. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to help clients shift unhelpful patterns, therefore, allowing new possibilities to emerge.
