Life is pretty good about throwing us curve balls. Sometimes, these curve balls can be devastating. They can impact our daily lives, our relationships, how we feel about ourselves and the world around us. My goal is to help people work through challenging events in their life and make the changes that are important to them. I have enjoyed working as a Counselor for over 10yrs and have worked with people from many different backgrounds and cultures. During this time, I have had experience working with children, adolescents, families and couples.

I have used therapy techniques such as Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Relationship Counseling to help create a supportive environment in order to make those changes.
