Therapy gives you a space to slow down and find the answers that align with you.
I work with a variety of clients, including individual children, adolescents and adults, families and couples. I specialize in helping people unpack the beliefs and systems that keep them stuck and helping them discover new avenues of possibility. Therapy with me can be relaxed and slow or high-impact, high-energy. You decide the pace and the direction.
