Hi there, I'm Karence! If you desire to work with a therapist who is committed to helping you face your darkest traumas and rise above them, identify generational patterns and break them, uncover hidden parts of yourself, and love them, then I may be just the therapist for you. I have been practicing EMDR for over two years and use it daily in my treatment with people who have experienced severe trauma, feel stuck in life, or desire to increase their self-esteem. I have used Narrative therapy to help people who desire to see themselves and their story in a more positive light, desire to feel empowered.
I take great pride in providing therapeutic services and advocating for students with school staff. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and possess a Nutrition for Mental Health certification. Take heart and take joy, for there is nothing you cannot overcome.
