At different times we experience unresolved situations that affect our sense of clarity, calm and balance. As a therapist and guide, together we will strive to remove those obstacles and restore hope and engagement. We can achieve this through developing goals and ways to cope that address those often unexpected and sometimes familiar patterns of living. My practice serves individual adults, children/teens, parents including parent and child therapy and elders. My wish for clients is to find an open/trusting therapist in me, and for us to collaboratively effect healing/change.
My specialties include life transitions: separation/divorce and coparenting, women's issues, grief/ loss, child/adolescent issues, adult and child ADHD, sensory sensitivity, adult anxiety/depression, being the sibling of a special needs sibling, child/adolescent anxiety/depression, life transitions, self care support while caring for an ill family member
