My focus as a counselor is to support adults navigating depression, grief, stress, trauma, and spiritual concerns. I offer a warm and conversational approach that blends CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Informed Care to help clients understand their emotional experiences and build practical tools for daily life. I’m especially drawn to the moments when people begin to feel lighter, more grounded, and more hopeful, those shifts are at the heart of why I do this work.
For clients who desire it, I also incorporate Christian counseling and faith-based exploration, honoring the connection between emotional healing and spiritual growth.
