You know that feeling when you've been telling yourself the same things for so long you forget they're just thoughts, not facts? Something isn't working — even if you can't name it yet. Maybe it's a transition you didn't see coming, unhelpful patterns you can't seem to break, or finding yourself exhausted from giving so much to everyone else. Working together, we'll examine what brought you here, where it came from, and whether it still fits who you want to be. Old wounds can heal here, and become a source of strength. The way things have been doesn't have to be the way they will stay.

Shaped by over 20 years of experience, therapy with me is a conversation, not a protocol. I work with adults and teens (14+) through some of life's most challenging and transformative moments. I am curious about you and your story, and I believe more is possible than you might be able to see yet.

This group is a therapist-facilitated support group for those who identify as a step-mom, bonus mom, or blended family mom. Whatever you call yourself, this comes with unique rewards and challenges.
