I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years experience in working with individuals, couples and families. I assist people in facing their life challenges with warmth and at times a touch of humor. I specialize in action based problem solving. I will cater your treatment to you personally. My approach will depend on what you want from your counseling experience. We will work together to create goals that are realistic for your lifestyle. I also provide court ordered and elective Parenting Coordination, Reunification Therapy, co-parenting and substance use and abuse assessment and treatment.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, high conflict divorces, reunification therapy, substance use and abuse, relationship issues, parenting skills, pre-teen and adolescent counseling and intervention, giftedness, life transitions and empowerment.
