I love working with men/women from 18+.I help individuals and couples deal with: life transitions such as divorce, relationship concerns,loss,ptsd,anxiety,and depression. I offer traditional talking therapy, body work, meditation, and personal and spiritual counseling. My approach is simple . I must develop an open, trusting relationship, one of mutual respect and safety for my client to grow. I consider my relationship with my client as a partnership, and am interactive, but not confrontational in my approach. Transitions and trauma make it impossible for us not to integrate our spiritual needs with our emotional needs.
as a survivor of loss and trauma,I better understand the impact of loss and trauma, and help my clients find an effective way to cope with the pain, anxiety, and depression that often accompany these events. I find spiritual connectedness,emotional support,grief education,and bodywork very soothing and healing.
My approach is Rogerian, meaning that the relationship with the therapist must be mutually interactive supportive,open, trusting and respectful
