Hi, my name is Karen Valteau-Williams. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My focus areas of practice include: depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My approach to therapy includes Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Supportive Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Grounding Techniques.
I typically work with clients who are depressed, stressed, anxious, having relationship issues, dealing with trauma and abuse, and seeking to improve self-motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
