I use different therapy approaches, including cognitive behavioral, trauma focused cognitive behavioral and solution focused. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents, many of whom have been resistant to services but have made great progress. Evening and weekend appointments available.
Can work with clients who have experienced trauma, have adoption related issues, depression or anxiety, oppositional behaviors, adjustment issues and families requiring assistance dealing with communication or other issues. Experience working with adolescents who engage in self harm.
