I provide individual therapy to adults with various presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD (military and non-military), health issues, aging related issues, and substance abuse. I also assist adults in coping with major life changes, such as divorce, job change, etc.
I am a therapist with lengthy experience in mental health. I tend to use cognitive-behavioral treatments, and have been trained in multiple evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and CBTI.
