At Spring Forward Psychotherapy, LLC, my mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate care to adults and teenagers (14 and older) struggling with mental health issues or who need help processing daily life and routine stressors. I compound the benefits of movement, nature and thought processing by providing therapy as "walk and talks" in local parks (or via teletherapy). Therapy is a safe and confidential space to lay out your first draft of ideas without judgment to allow you to process and refine and edit thoughts before sharing with loved ones and your support network.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques and tailor my approach to each client's unique needs. I prioritize creating a warm and supportive environment for my clients. I have additional training to provide EMDR, CBT, DBT and ADHD therapy. I also offer EMDR intensives for those already active in therapy.
I want to begin by acknowledging the immense courage it takes to seek help for your mental health. I understand that reaching out for support can be a daunting step, filled with uncertainty and vulnerability. You are not alone in this journey, and I am here to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space where you can find understanding, healing, and hope.
