My ideal clients are neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults who may struggle with social skills, emotional regulation, school challenges, relationships, or everyday situations. At INSIGHT, they will have a safe and welcoming space where they feel heard, accepted, and understood through their own unique lens and perspective. I take the time to understand their strengths, challenges, and individual needs without judgment.
I specialize in supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults. Using a warm, strengths-based approach, I help clients build confidence, improve emotional regulation and social skills, and manage everyday challenges. I also offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
