I have dedicated the past 20 years to supporting individuals coping with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. My goal is to help you recognize and embrace your internal strengths to navigate life's challenges. Together, we focus on nurturing both mind and body to stay clear of negative thoughts and focus on creative, constructive goals, empowering you to achieve emotional fitness by utilizing your inner resilience.
I integrate CBT, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness with a person-centered, strengths based approach to help adults with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in supporting perinatal depression/anxiety, infertility, loss, and traumatic pregnancy/birth. I also provide couples therapy. From April-October, walk and talk therapy is offered.
I have had the privilege of working with many wonderful individuals, baring witness to their remarkable journeys, and I hope to be able to help you on your own journey. I look forward to hearing from you.

Groups
Stroller Walk and Talk Mother's Group
Having a new baby can be a wonderfully difficult time and often can feel very isolating. Bring your stroller and your baby to join other mothers as you share in your challenges and learn skills to help navigate this phase of life. Each group starts with a brief psychotherapist-led discussion followed by pairing up to walk and talk with another mom before reconvening to reflect and share. Groups meet for three sessions on Saturday mornings. Next group runs May 16th-May 30th. Cost is $180 for all sessions.
