I work with youth, adults, couples, and families on a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, parenting, relational conflicts, and cultural identity. According to a client’s needs, I utilize strategies from CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Relational Life Therapy. I also offer Play therapy and PCIT strategies for children.
I have experience working with individuals, children, teens, couples, and families in community mental health, private practice, and faith-based settings. I am available for office as well as online appointments.
