Many people feel that they are destined to repeat unhealthy patterns of behavior that have been passed down from generations before them. The feeling of hopelessness sets in and it is easy to just accept that nothing will ever change. I work with high functioning, motivated people who are ready to break that cycle of unhealthy behavior patterns and are looking for help. My goal is to help you break those patterns and feel empowered to live a more fulfilling life.
I'm engaging and responsive, helping people to identify and build on their strengths. I'm skilled in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including domestic violence and sexual assault. I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. My therapeutic style is compassionate, practical and straight forward!
