I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) provider and have advanced training in EMDR. My style is centered on creating a genuine relationship with a dose of humor, hope, and encouragement. I use strategies based in evidence to help you reach your goals - you'll always be a part of the process in determining the best path for you and your journey.
