I have been helping people with life's challenges for over 17 years, and specialize in working with depression, anxiety, grief, and loss.
My approach is collaborative and encourages development of practical skills. We work together on modifying unhealthy or unhelpful coping patterns that have likely contributed to the maintenance of depression or anxiety in your life. It's possible that years of habitual coping patterns now cause or contribute to your difficulties.
