At times, life presents us with challenges that seem insurmountable on our own. I am here to help you access your own resilience and self-knowledge. Or, maybe, you are simply in need of someone who can listen, encourage, and help you envision a path forward. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental space for adults and adolescents to process, heal, and grow as individuals. I believe that psychological pain can be remedied by the building of empathic and collaborative relationships.
My approach draws from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, as well as insight-oriented work. I am also trained in Exposure and Response/ Ritual Prevention for OCD. As a client-centered clinician, the most important factors contributing to my therapeutic approach are your individual needs, circumstances, and strengths.
I have experience working with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, and with individuals facing such challenges as obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, developmental and life stage adjustments, and relational struggles. I have a particular interest in and experience with working with healthcare workers.
