I specialize in OCD and anxiety treatment, utilizing CBT, E+RP, and mindfulness. I have 5 years of specialized training in the treatment of OCD. I am also certified in Animal Assisted Psychotherapy. I offer traditional in office therapy, as well as online.
I not only treat OCD, I have OCD. I know what it is to struggle with intrusive thoughts and how small the world becomes.
