I use Cognitive Behavioral techniques which focus on changing how we think in a way that changes our emotions and behaviors. I work with clients from a strengths-based perspective on a wide range of issues, including: Depression, anxiety, trauma and other mental health disorders. I work with clients to address a broad range of concerns including: Grief and loss, relationship and family concerns.
