Our approach to your recovery will be a collaborative one, and treatment will be individualized based on what you determine your goals to be. I use a variety of therapy techniques and have extensive experience working with mood, anxiety, and depressive disorders; grief and loss issues; trauma; and addictions.
The two locations where I practice are Simsbury and Enfield. Both offices are private, cozy, and centrally located within the two towns.
