As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that all couples and individuals should take the time to nurture themselves and their relationships. When couples get stuck in the same interaction cycle, the pattern must be broken. I enjoy helping couples to decode their messages to each other, repair bonds, increase security, and their rebuild connection with healthy interaction patterns. Also, as a Certified Grief Counselor I also enjoy helping individuals walk through their grief journey. Grief is as unique as your fingerprint, and by talking through the many grief emotions we can help you process and take steps forward.
For those who are suffering from relationship difficulty I will provide a safe space to explore emotion. Together we will focus on validation and repair the damages. For those suffering from loss allow me to be your witness to grief. By doing so we will explore the normal emotions that come along with grief and how to navigate the journey.
