The main focus of my therapeutic approach is to have moments of peace and contentment to my clients with their current or past issues. Some of the therapeutic approaches I use include attachment therapies, mindfulness, trauma related therapies, mind-body approaches and EMDR.
I work with trauma survivors, foster care survivors, attachment issues. I enjoy exploring with my clients what the issues are in present moment and how they are effecting their lives and how to work through these issues in a thoughtful, mindful and compassionate way.
