About
Have you been to many different therapists and don’t feel it has helped? Or maybe you’ve never been to a therapist and have no idea what to expect. Do you feel stuck in relationships and situations where you feel miserable and can’t take the next step?
The thoughts, emotions and behaviors that you are experiencing may feel like a tangled ball inside and my role as your therapist is to collaborate with you to carefully untangle, organize and makes sense of what you are experiencing. We will explore/investigate, at your timing, whatever happened in your childhood that is keeping you stuck.
Even if you feel you had the perfect childhood, there are situations and relationships that create core beliefs from a very young age, and those beliefs currently work to keep you from creating healthy relationships, pursuing dreams, or learning healthy habits. Let me help you identify childhood trauma that is blocking you from moving forward as an adult.
