Motivating yourself to seek help when in crisis can be challenging. Life often gets in the way of carving out time for ourselves which is vital for a peaceful and compassionate existence. I offer therapy for individuals seeking assistance with anxiety, PTSD, physical and sexual trauma, and other life challenges. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to navigate difficult times. I offer a space to explore creative solutions in seeking ways to regain control with personal agency and mutual respect.
I offer a combination of modalities that best suit your needs. I am level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems. I often blend Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), meditation, and Mindful Self Compassion. I provide insight to understanding the body's cues to distress. I am currently accepting for ART sessions only meeting between 1 - 6 times.
Finding the self is a process, not a final state. Attention to one's journey are lifelong and ever-changing. I offer creative ways to cultivate loving kindness for yourself and others. I provide a warm and deeply empathetic environment to reflect and uncover patterns of thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve the life you want to live.
